CHLORINE SANI

Chlorine bleach based cleaner.  Chlorine Sani is a fast-acting stain removing agent.

Removes stains and tannin deposits from floors and work surfaces. Excellent on formica and stainless steel.

Applications:
  • Hard Surface Sterilization of all food processing areas such as Butchers, Bakeries, Dairies, Restaurants and cafes, University halls of residence (facilities) and Kitchens and canteens
  • Chlorine Sani is suitable for cleaning hard floors such as tiles and vinyl. Wring out the mop to near dryness and mop over the floor. For especially badly stained floors wet mop and dry with the wrung out mop. Discard solution after use. Chlorine Sani is not suitable for use on carpets or soft furnishings as it is likely to affect the dye in these materials.

EZ GUARD™ Asphalt Anti-Stick Agent

Asphalt Anti-Stick Agent prevents asphalt from adhering to surfaces when hauling, laying & repairing asphalt.

Description:

EZ GUARD™ Asphalt Anti-Stick Agent prevents asphalt from adhering to surfaces when hauling, laying & repairing asphalt. Prevents asphalt track-up when paving. Asphalt Anti-Stick agent will prevent your asphalt from sticking to the rubber tires of your paving or pneumatic roller and any metallic surface.

Application:

  • 100% Soluble with Water

  • Creates an Aqueous Emulsion Film on the Treated Surfaces which Prevents the Bituminous Material from Sticking

Dosage:

  • Vehicle bodies: 1 part solution : 5 parts water for traditional asphalt mixes /  1 : 4 parts water for modified asphalt mixes

  • To prevent asphalt pickup on rubber tires : 1 part solution: 4 parts water

  • Compaction rollers: 1 part solution: 30 parts water

  • Available in pails, drums,  and totes.

Details
  • EZ KLEEN™ CHALK REMOVER is an environmentally progressive immersion cleaner for all your rock climbing holds.  It contains an organic  and inorganic acid +  surfactants and vapour suppressant to quickly remove and dissolve chalk scale and other climbing soils. It will not harm fixtures and will leave them clean, bright, sanitized and with a restored grip. Ready to use and creating a positive impression on your climbers!
Application Method
  • Immersion followed by Brush and Rinse.
  • Neutralize the solution  by adding 3 parts EZ KLEEN™ NEUTRALIZER to each part EZ KLEEN™ CHALK REMOVER.

  • Ready to use, no pre-soaking required
  • Thickened formula clings to the surface
  • Blue colour helps ensure a uniform application
  • Typically used to clean and restore concrete walls, sidewalks and driveways
MOU:
Always test an inconspicuous place first.  Always wear proper protective equipment.  Apply with by brush, roller or low pressure spray from the bottom of the surface up.  Allow from 5 to 60 minutes contact time.  Rinse well with water.  Repeat application if necessary.  Do not use on ceramic or brick for extended periods of time (rinse immediately following application).

PRO STRIP™ DESCALER NF is an inhibited hydrochloric acid descaler. It dissolves phosphate, sludge, lime-scale, calcium and magnesium carbonates, and corrosion products such as rust but has minimal effect on the base materials of fabrication.

PRO STRIP™ DESCALER NF is specifically formulated for the cleaning and/or removing of heavy scale build up in inaccessible areas of the phosphate system especially when a limited amount of time and manpower are available for the clean out.

PRO STRIP™ DESCALER NF was developed with proprietary inhibitors to provide excellent corrosion protection on mild steel and stainless steel.
